    Readers outside the working group conflate the two. Worth a one-paragraph box early in Chapter I distinguishing the mechanism (convergence) from the working posture (transdisciplinarity) from the epistemic move (consilience).

    The framing note brackets low- and middle-income settings for follow-on work. As we iterate, each chapter could carry a short 'and elsewhere' note: which claims transfer, which need a different instrument, and where leapfrogging changes the order of adoption.
